PIZZA PRE-ORDER NOTES

We’re expecting a near-capacity crowd at the 1st Annual Benefit for Bubba’s Fund: An evening with The Weber Brothers and want you comfortable, fed, and focused on the show. To keep lines short and the kitchen running smoothly, pizzas will be pre-ordered here and prepared in batches during the event.

DEADLINE: SUNDAY, AUGUST, 24TH, 2025 - 8 PM

LIMITED FOOD MENU AT THE RIVOLI THEATRE BECAUSE THEIR KITCHEN WILL BE COMMITTED TO PIZZA PRODUCTION - POPCORN, BEVERAGES, AND BEER WILL BE AVAILABLE

WHAT TO KNOW 

• Please eat before the show if you can. If you’d still like pizza at the event, order it on this form.

• The Rivoli’s full menu will be limited during the event. Beverages and beer will be available for purchase. Popcorn will also be for sale.

• Order deadline: Sunday, Aug 24 at 8:00 PM CT (tomorrow). Orders are first-come, first-served due to kitchen capacity.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email on Monday. If we hit the limit before your submission, we’ll email you Monday to let you know we couldn’t place your order.

• Serving Window & Delivery: The kitchen will begin sending pizzas at 7:05 PM and continue through 8:35 PM, in batches of about six pizzas at a time. Your ticket with table and seat assignment will be emailed to you in the coming days (along with these notes). Pizzas will be delivered directly to your table as they’re ready.

• Payment: The Bubba’s Fund team is covering pizza orders up front to keep lines moving. After the event, we’ll reach out to you for pizza payment.

• Seating: The theater has comfy chairs with long tables at each seat—easy eating during the show.
